​ I came to Christ as a sinner in need of forgiveness and salvation in 1973. I attend a local Baptist Church by conviction. I believe in salvation by faith in the shed blood of Jesus on the cross at Mt. Calvary and that alone; nothing added or removed. It was all His grace and that is sufficient for me.

​I believe in the virgin birth of Jesus, and that He was concieved by the Holy Spirit without the sin nature and He lived the perfect, sinless life in complete obedience to His heavenly Father. 

I believe in the full atonement of the shed blood  of Christ. I also believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus at the appointed time in the tomb.

I believe in the eternal security of every believer in Jesus Christ for their salvation. My salvation is as eternal as God's word. I believe that I am kept by the power of God in Christ (1Peter 1:3-5; Jude 24). 

​I believe that every person born with the exception of Jesus Christ has a sin nature that they received at birth due to the disobedience/sin of the first man and woman, Adam and Eve, and need to be born again by the Spirit of God.

I believe in the literal creation of six days in the 24 hour day. 

​I believe that the Word of God the Bible is inspired, God breathed and is complete, inerrant, infallible and is sufficient for all faith and practice.

​I believe in the pre-millenial return of Christ in bodily form, and the judgment of the nations called the Great Trbulation. I believe in the rapture of the saints before this Great Tribulation.

​I believe in a literal heaven and hell. Heaven is for those that have accepted the free pardon of sin in the shed blood of Christ; Hell is for those that refuse to believe in Him.

​I believe in the institution of the local church and it's two ordinances; baptism and communion, or the Lord's Supper.

​I believe it is the duty of every Christian to use their Spiritual gifts, abilities and talents in the service of the Lord in the local church.
